Due to ongoing business development and steady planned growth, this multinational company has now created a new role for a C++ PC Applications Product Validation Engineer within the UK R&D team, testing the C++ software that will be used in the product. They are looking for someone who sees their ongoing career in Product Validation and you must be methodical, patient and a through engineer who is a self-starter with the maturity to tackle and solve problems. Therefore, although a minimum of 2 years experience is required, they would also be interested in candidates that can offer considerable more. They are looking for the following essential skills: HNC/HND qualified, Product Validation of C++ applications software, use of GPIB interface for Remote Control Testing, generation of test scripts in C++, GUI testing and the ability to understand and diagnose problems, reproducing the problems and advising the development teams on possible solutions.
