Senior Test Engineer

These two roles require individuals who are passionate about software testing and are capable of making a significant contribution at both strategic and tactical levels:

Strategic: Decipher requirements and create comprehensive, wide-coverage test plans and schedules in a very technically-led environment. Mentor other team members and advocate best practice (ISEB) principles. Evaluate tools and choose most efficient methodologies.

Tactical: Hands on execution of both automated and manual tests. Strong 'environment' skills, including Windows Internals, De-Bugging, Environment Design, Stress Testing

What we are looking for: A hands on Test Manager, Senior Tester, with an ISEB or Degree qualification and a deep understanding software testing in a fast-paced software house environment (Ideally 5-8 years of experience)
