Team Leader
Contract - East Sussex
Market Rates Negotiable depending on exp.

Our client based in the East Sussex area is currently looking to recruit a Team Leader, within the manufacturing department for an interim period.
The ideal person must have the ability to motivate, direct and lead a small team. You will be involved in ensuring sufficient resources are available for programmes, including Bids. Re-allocate resources as necessary.
Day to day management of assigned resources. Where appropriate, identify and oversee training requirements of assigned staff. Providing company, business and general information to the team. Identify opportunities and plan process improvement tasks. Ensure that all deadlines agreed and met.
Interface with support teams to ensure that work tasks can be executed effectively.
Update/provide input to set weekly metrics on process performance. Ensure corrective actions are put in place to achieve/exceed targets.
Maintain Cell consumables such as shelf life items.
Ideally 3+ years Supervisory experience with 2 to 5 year
