Description:		Vacancy - Defence Systems Engineers Location - Bristol Salary - 28-40K Start Date - a.s.a.p Job Summary We are looking for candiates with high-level consultancy support experiance in systems engineering and requirements management on large complex projects within the Defence industry. Experience in Armoured Fighting Vehicles (AFVs), especially FRES, MRAV, TRACER, lethality, survivability, NEC, ISTAR, mobility and operational analysis. is of particular interest Responsibilities · Requirements capture, elicitation and management · Operational analysis · System architecture design · System design and assessment · Systems integration · Installation, test and acceptance · Interoperability · System security · Subject matter expertise in relation to AFVs as per above Requirements Essential · Capable of providing high-level consultancy support in systems engineering and requirements management principles to senior project managers · Degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline · Minimum 3 years experience in the management of requirements for large projects using DOORS tool · Eliciting, capturing and correctly specifying stakeholder requirements for large/complex engineering projects · Minimum SC level UK security clearance (either currently held or candidates will need to be in a position to attain this) · Previous domain knowledge of either the UK defence, aviation or aerospace industries together with previous experience of armoured fighting vehicle systems Applicants for this position must have the right to work in the UK without restriction.
