ROLE: VALIDATION AND VERIFICATION TEAM LEADER

LOCATION: BUCKINGHAMSHIRE

SALARY: £35,000 - 40,000 + BENEFITS

Leading electronics systems engineering company specialising in C2 Equipment, Combat and Surveillance Systems and ISTAR & Battlespace Management is looking for a talented Validation and Verification Team Leader to devise the test plans on a major new business product / programme.

The IV&V Team Leader will be responsible for leading a small group which will conduct the Validation and Verification activities on the Control and Instrumentation system and its component parts.

The ideal candidate will be educated to HND/Degree Level in an electronics or a related science discipline. Candidates will have 4+ years experience in the integration and acceptance of complex electronic systems preferably in defence, aerospace or rail applications with 2+ years electronic design experience (digital or analogue) Experience in using the DOORS requirements management tool for System acceptance. Experience in safety critical systems would be advantageous.
