Training Systems Manager
Our client is a leading Defence company with worldwide presence and working on exciting, innovative projects!! The role of Training Systems Manager will be working on a new Defence procurement programme focussing on managing and supporting the analysis and development of the clients training business.
This customer-facing role will involve requirements definition and contract writing, supervision of TNA and design work. Also manage sub-contractors in the development and delivery of the training.
Candidates should have at least 4 years experience of training development including 2 years on a Defence programme. Must have in-depth understanding of TNA / Training Need Analysis and SAT / Systems Approach to Training processes. Also be experienced in the management or conducting of computer–based courseware development. In addition will have experience in contract management with knowledge of military training systems.
Other key competencies will include having excellent communication skills and the ability to converse with all levels of internal and external members.
