Systems Safety Engineers - North East and South West- to 42K A major Science and Technology organisation working mainly in the defence environment is currently expanding its safety Team. Candidates will ideally come from a defence/aerospace background but Systems Safety Engineers from other disciplines could be considered. The work will involve examine modifications of various pieces of equipment and there affect the overall safety of the aircraft. Experiance: The candidate will have a good understanding of Safety Requirement Specification, Safety Case Preparation, Independent Safety Auditing, Safety Plans, HAZOP studies, FMECA and ALARP The successful candidate will have good customer facing skills and the ability to work within a team or individually. This is a Consultants position so Technical expertise must also be matched with good interpersonal skills. The position will offer an exciting range of projects and opportunities for career progression The candiate will have current MOD Security Clearance.
