Job Title Six Sigma Project Leader

Job Summary
We are looking to recruit a Six Sigma Project Leader to work within the Operations Group. This is a key role within the programmes, which operates across all manufacturing activity and sites (Chelmsford, Lincoln).
The successful candidate will be an established Six Sigma practitioner / project leader who has ideally been using Six Sigma for a few years. Experience with the implementation of change in a manufacturing / engineering environment is also required together with excellent communications, influencing and presentational skills. Knowledge of Quality / Business Systems change would be an advantage.

Required qualifications would be
• HNC / Degree qualified / professional equivalent in a numerate discipline (eg: manufacturing, business, science) or other related areas.
• Six Sigma Green / Black Belt from recognized industrial user of Six Sigma.
• DFSS experience would be ideal.
• Track record in a change environment.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate that they are enthusiastic, conscientious, confident and a self-starter who is easily motivated. They should also be a tenacious, team player who is achievement orientated, with good leadership skills.
