Key Experience

Eliciting, capturing and correctly specifying stakeholder requirements for large/complex engineering projects;

Deriving system requirements from stakeholder requirements;

Two years in management of requirements for large projects using DOORS tool;

Five years in Systems/Requirements Engineering.


Key Skills
Degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline;
Requirements Engineering;
DOORS;
Good interpersonal, diplomatic and negotiation skills;
Security cleared.


Duties

Conduct the discovery, elicitation, production and management of requirements in accordance with current company procedures;

Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies, processes and procedures to enhance and improve the requirements management systems in accordance with company Policy;

Make the requirements management core team aware of all customer feedback on requirements management;

Provide education, advice and support in the production of all levels of requirements engineering documentation;

Contribute to the development of the DOORS requirements management tool;

Contribute to the administration of the DOORS requirements management tool;

Contribute to the responsibilities of the requirements management core team to provide a focal point for DOORS, to provide guidance and advice to staff experiencing problems with this software and to provide familiarisation training;

Contribute to the planning of the activities of the requirements management core team.
