Description:		Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience A minimum of HNC/HND in an engineering discipline or relevant experience Understanding of processes involved in manufacturing At least two years experience in a volume manufacturing environment A high level of understanding and interpretation of engineering drawings Minimum of one years experience in emissions testing - Understanding functionality of emissions related parts Dynamometer coastdown and preconditioning understanding Good fault finding skills and knowledge of fault code analysis Knowledge of 2000 and 2005 emissions regulations (EU, Japan and US Mode Test) Knowledge of in car surveillance testing methods Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Demonstrable ability to investigate, analyse and problem solve and implement appropriate countermeasures, where appropriate Flexible approach to job responsibilities Self motivated and the ability to work unsupervised Personal Attributes An efficient and logical approach Willing to travel at short notice Must have valid drivers license Previous supervisory/management experience Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience Experience in Catia is desirable A demonstrable understanding of Quality System (ISO9002
