Vacancy: Training Specialist - (Maintenance)
Location: South Wales
Salary: £30k + bonus + bens + relocation
We are looking for a Training Specialist who is fully conversant with Maintenance on Communications and Communications Network equipment. This is an opportunity to join a growing Defence company, who are working on exciting comms projects, delivering training programmes to 60,000+ people!!
This key role will be responsible for supporting the development of training activities, specifically those that deal with Maintenance of Communication Systems.
Responsibilities will include: Produce and develop courseware for all levels of Maintenance on Communications and Communications Network equipment; Produce and Develop training materials for communications; Provide support for acceptance testing of training material; Conduct validation and acceptance of Communication Systems Maintenance; Delivery training in a classroom environment.
Candidates should have at least 5 years experience of Training Development (2 years on a Defence Programme) and must be totally up-to-date with Maintenance on Communications and Communications Network equipment. Must have an understanding of Military Levels and depths of maintenance. Have thorough understanding of the TNA and Systems Approach to Training / SAT (including JSP 501, 502 and Def Stan 00-60). This is a new and exciting role within a dynamic environment, delivering training programmes using state-of-the-art computer assisted instructions!
