A vacancy has arisen for a Systems Support Analyst reporting to the Systems Manager within this expanding and successful company. You will provide support and training to end users on general IT queries and on our ERP system . Minimum 2 years experience with ERP systems, preferably MFG/PRO, in a support role. Must have detailed knowledge of some or all of the following:- Windows 200x, MS Office 200x , Linux, TCP/IP, network/PC diagnostic experience, reporting packages some programming experience would also be beneficial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to this role.
