Nuclear Safety Engineer

My client requires a number of Nuclear Safety Engineers to provide criticality support and advice to facilities, hazard identification working groups, change control committees, design authorities and other groups - including: risk assessment, advice on suitable plant, equipment, processes and safety systems and emergency arrangements for criticality safety, undertake hazard identification studies, assist in the development of criticality safety standards and procedures needed to support projects and facilities.
Production of technical reports to demonstrate the safety of operations. Carry out criticality safety inspections
Participate in safety case production and related activities.
Use of specialist computer codes to produce models of the equipment used in operations as needed to demonstrate
criticality safety of operations.
