3) IN/SMS/MDS Technical Support Engineer REAL OPPORTUNITY You will be responsible for After-sales Technical Support in the fields of Intelligent Network, Messaging Services, Mobile Data Services or other Telecom Software Product. You will be supporting our customers in all technical aspects and improve the relationship to our main Service Provider accounts in UK marketing. Ideally you will hold a University degree in Computer Science or Telecommunication / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or have equivalent experience in that field. You will have basic knowledge of GSM and PSTN networks, HP/SUN/IBM servers, UNIX, Windows, Informix, Oracle or SQL Server and basic SQL commands. You will have a good understanding of protocols such as CCS7, CAP, INAP, TCP/IP, PPP, X25, etc, routers and switched products.
